My tech tree button is locked!

If you’re a new player then yes, this function is locked. You must complete a few battles (usually between 3 and 5) in order to unlock it and research new tanks.

When are the ‘x2 exp’ points reset?

For the time being, this happens 3 times per day at 08:00, 14:00 and 20:00 CEST (UTC+2)

Is there going to be a wipe in WoT Blitz?

No, we’re not planning to have a wipe with the global release. Anything that you achieved or added during the soft launch will stay on your account, including the game progress.

When are the crash issues going to be fixed?

We’re continuously working on the game and therefore investigating every single crash report that we receive. In case of any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support and provide them with all the necessary files and descriptions. We’ll do our best to fix these ASAP!

I can’t find the depot! Where can I store my stuff?

There’s no depot in-game – all goods (consumables, equipment) that you add to your tank are linked to it and cannot be stored anywhere else. Note that when you try selling these then there is a 50% penalty for equipment. Ammunition and consumables are sold at 100% price.
